When I talked to 2017 DB Jacobe Clement last weekend he said things are going well with all the in-state schools. His mother likes the in-state schools right now but that could change. Clement said he messages with Pittsburgh and Clemson coaches every day but talks the most with coach Gray at Virginia Tech.
