2017 R250 WR staying in touch

I talked to 2017 Rivals250 WR Tarik Black last night for a few minutes. We talked about his new Arizona State offer and he also told me he plans to be at the Notre Dame/Boston College game as well as the Michigan/Ohio State game.

Black is staying in touch with coaches at Alabama, Ohio State, Virginia Tech, Michigan State, Boston College and many others.
