I actually think there's a pretty good opportunity for the staff to recruit the Narual State a bit - unlike Texas, it isn't loaded with tons of programs (or surrounded by them, when you consider the LSUs and Oklahomas of the world) that are going to be too stiff of competition to beat out. The University of Arkansas... is probably never going to be more than a flash-in-the-pan once a decade or so at any point soon.
Meanwhile, the connections from individual coaches' time in the region (including several at Memphis, of course), can be a boost, as well.
