I recently caught up with 2022 Virginia Beach wide receiver JaVawn Burden to talk recruiting and he mentioned Virginia Tech and Virginia as two of the schools that are already recruiting him hard. Burden is likely to have a number of offers before it's all said and done so it's smart for the in-state schools to jump in here early.
