It's stunning how often my jaw is simply on the ground with how bad the production quality of ACC Network broadcasts is on a consistent basis. The commentary is the worst I've heard from anybody ("gets a great block from Cunningham" on a bubble screen to Phillips, when the horribility of Cunningham's block is the lone thing that prevents the play from working, for example), they really like to show the back of players'/coaches' heads as they stand on the sideline while a play is in progress instead of showing us the actual play (you know, the football game that people are watching your channel for), they have the worst judgment about showing replays, and the majority of them are from the exact same angle as the initial play was shown - i.e. it gives you zero additional information except it's a little slower and the commentators are telling you the wrong thing to watch. Plus based on his voice during the broadcast they might have killed DJ Shockley by giving him hypothermia this week.

ESPN's game broadcasts have been on an unfortunate downward trend since they added so many games (meaning more crews needed and thus a diluted talent pool in terms of camera ops, directors, commentary, etc.), but this has to get figured out before the actual ACC Network launches, because it's flat pathetic.
