An interesting change for the four-star:
Obviously, VT wants to be the major recruiting power in the Tidewater either way, but Chatman's move to a school with whom the Hokies need to have a good relationship (while also indicating why they need that relationship: the Crusaders are going to rack up plenty of top talent) could help bump him even another touch in their eyes. He impressed on both sides of the ball at their 757 satellite camp, but it wasn't quite enough to make him a priority (yet?). This could be a step in that direction again.
