Beating a ranked team on the road without your starting PG seems pretty impressive. Much of the credit can be given to the Pack FG %, but I'd say 2/3 of the missed shots could be attributed to VT defense. I am (and have been) fully engaged...

I believe in defense, whether it is football or basketball. I was pretty proud of the team in the first half when they limited State to just 14 points. Then in the 2nd half, they only allowed them to score 10 points. 10 points!!!! Now that's my kind of basketball! 
I didn't see the game but was surprised to see the final score. The guys calling the UVA-NCSU game said it looked like a halftime score. We only allowed 10 points in the 2nd half!
I assume coach used more bench without Robinson and whoever he used did their part in the team D.
Also, we caught NCSU a good time with their emotional loss to the Hoos. They didn't want any part of another good relentless defensive team.
