Just realized I didn't post about this when it happened last night. Former Penn State commit who had said he was going to visit VT (but seemed ultimately bound for Rutgers, where he's a legacy):
Lots of decommitments and wild swings in a kid's recruitment... often means the sort of kid you're not too upset about losing. Too much volatility for my tastes. Hoping it works out for him in Westwood (or wherever he eventually signs).
