WR Colbie Young from Lackawanna Community College in Pennsylvania (Penn State has been able to land a lot of good players out of that program over the years). Originally from central New York, and I believe he's eligible to graduate from junior college this Summer and join as a 2022 signee with three years to play two. He was Lackawanna's second-leading receiver this season (the No. 1 guy, Delvin Palmer, looks bound for FCS), but averaged an impressive 19 yards/catch.
