Clemson fan here. I look forward to my trip to Lane Stadium this Fall. It's among the best CFB atmospheres in America. My only previous trip was 1999. It was Tommy Bowden's first year, and we came in fired up, but Corey Moore and the boys were too much in the end. I distinctly remember the hospitality tailgating, and thank you for your class.

Now to what's important. I'm looking to change my itenerary. I have casino action in mind. I've browsed Greenbrier (stayed once) and Homestead. Do you fine folks have any other suggestions, or care to comment on the locations I stated?

Responses are greatly appreciated, and best of luck this season.

Blacksburg and casino are two thoughts I've never heard put together in the same post before. I'm staggered.

I won't be any help for your itenerary, sorry, but I did want to congratulate you on your thought stream.

The Greenbrier is the only option of the two mentioned. The Homestead is in Hot Springs, VA and casino gambling is not allowed in Virginia. Drive time from the Greenbrier to Tech is 2 hours.
