Hooker is a really good runner but only 'adequate' as a passer. He is exposed as a limited capability passer when we have to pass to win as he was against UVA last year. But then again, none of our QB's are good passers except for Knox Kadum who is not yet ready to play. So, for now, he is the best we have.
