Virginia Tech 4-star forward RaiQuan Gray (6-7, 240) target out of Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) Dillard has Virginia Tech in his Top 13 after he released it on Twitter Thursday night. Florida State, Florida and Southern California are also in the mix. He is currently the 140th-best overall prospect in the 2017 class.
