KJ Blackshear (Possible) Surgery?

Have you heard anything about KJ needing offseason surgery for his ankle? The VTMBB Twitter page posted a picture and he is wearing a boot on his left leg. Just wondering for clarification, since it has floated around the interwebs before. Thanks
