WV is gonna spank Miami. Miami staff is grossly overrated.

I'm a little surprised at the halftime score, especially after Miami had no 1st downs at all in the 1st qtr. But Miami seems to be pretty much in control of things at halftime.

This also changes my perception of WVU's opener next season, if they aren't clearly better than Miami is. VT smoked Miami pretty easily, and although we lose some good players, the 2nd year in a new regime is usually when you see the greatest improvement. Plus we'll have a Heisman contender back at QB, which is always gold in college football.

lol you guys beat us this year at the perfect time for you guys, injured, depleted, short week at your house. Congratulations on your W in the bowl game but don't get too far ahead of yourselves...Miami had a rough stretch and just finished on a 5 game winning streak.

VT also had numerous injuries (which means we were more depleted than Miami was because of the talent levels on the rosters) and a short week, too.

Home field did mean a lot that night, though, but I'm guessing VT wins that game even if it was played on the moon. 9 sacks is 9 sacks, no matter where the game is played, and your D didn't have a lot of answers for the VT O that night.
