Two excellent recruiters of talent with strong ties to the state of North Carolina. We can ill afford to do nothing this offseason to counter that. We have a pretty solid grip in North Carolina. That could be severely damaged with those two hires. We have to counter them. If zero changes are made I’m not liking things going forward. #NC2VT movement could come to a screeching halt.
