These New Jersey kids are going to be tough to pull from the likes of Penn State (which also offered this morning) as long as the Nittany Lions continue to recruit well, but Oweh is pretty new to the game of football, so he doesn't have the same built-in notions that a lot of the lifelong fans of the game have, either.
