My name is Ryan O'Bleness. I am a part-time national analyst with Rivals, focusing on recruits in the Northeast. I also cover Michigan State for Spartans Illustrated.
Savion Hiter, the No. 1 running back in the 2026 class, will visit Virginia Tech this weekend (Sept. 21 versus Rutgers).
Surprisingly, this will be the first time Hiter visits Blacksburg despite it being one of his home-state programs. He is looking forward to it.
