Quick thoughts:
1) The September schedule kind of screwed VT late. 3 home games + the UVA games means just 2 home games between Sept. 24 and Nov. 26
2) Hokies play at Syracuse and then host Miami 5 days later on Miami. (good thing is Miami has FSU, UNC and VT in a 12 day stretch)
3) Bye week Oct. 1 - not great. After a home-stand.
