The ACC has had plenty of turnover in recent years, and will continue to have more as time rolls on. VT will continue to improve with recruiting and developments, but there are also some other teams that are on a positive trajectory as well. NC State, Syracuse (although I expect their coach to move up at some point), FSU (they have to improve), UVA (make no mistake, they are getting better), Miami, Pitt all have positive futures. Wake Forest is building, and Duke will be constant as long as Cutliffe is there. GT is an unknown for several years, and Clemson is Clemson. Out of all of these, I believe NC State, VT, and/or Miami are going to be the sleeping giants (in addition to Clemson being the steady force), in the next 3-5 years.
