NCAA remains an absolute disappointment. All about money and not about accountability.

But UNC is like Hillary Clinton. Nothing happens.
I have an idea, lets build a wall an inexpensive wall , but a well built wall and make the Cheaters pay for it,or maybe just maybe the Cheaters will default on the whole univ and keep the students money.

I am always encouraged by any public information regarding the disgraceful behavior of UNC. Thanks Packed.

NCAA responds to UNC...

NCAA officials have told UNC-Chapel Hill that its largely due-process arguments to shut down an infractions case involving bogus classes that disproportionately benefited athletes are “without merit.”

In newly released documents, the NCAA contends in its roughly 80-page response that a pattern of “willful violations” and a “blatant disregard” for NCAA regulations allow it to pursue a case beyond a four-year statute of limitations. The NCAA also said that the extent of the misconduct didn’t become known until former federal prosecutor Kenneth Wainstein’s investigation in 2014.

“The new information provided, for the first time, a complete picture of the athletics department’s preferential access to anomalous AFRI/AFAM courses and, in some cases, how it used those courses to retain NCAA academic eligibility for student-athletes,” the NCAA’s enforcement staff said. “This access provided student-athletes with advantages that other students simply did not have.”

The NCAA is about as ethical as the DNC. I saw where they sent Louisville a letter for their sex parties for recruits. They gave Louisville 90 days to respond. They will draw this out for years, just like they are doing UNC. Find these dirty schools guilty and slap a post season ban on them for a few years. Once recruits stop going there, they will start following the rules and stop cheating.
