I was at the Richmond (Va.) Benedictine School scrimmage last night and caught up with 2017 Rivals250 LB Ellis Brooks. He visited Virginia Tech, Maryland, Penn State and Clemson earlier in the offseason. In the video below Brooks breaks down where each of those schools stand with him.
