I would guess VT makes it, though I don't know where there'd be room for him.
In the average year, he would almost certainly be a Hokie. Landing two four-star receivers early is out of the ordinary for the Hokies, and to Spalding's disadvantage (I think if VT was on him as much as they'd be in a normal year, he'd already be committed - with the recruiting situation they're already in, it's possible he sees the writing on the wall and doesn't bother to include what would otherwise be the top school).
