To resolve violating the terms of his alcohol counseling after the January DWI. If he's cleared, there's a possibility he'd return to VT. Obviously lots of ways these things can shake out (if there's some form of probation that prevents him from leaving the state, obviously he couldn't head back home to Louisiana, etc.).
