The realistic targets here are very clear:

I think another DT needs to emerge (unless Chris Adams were to commit and end up at that position - but then the OL recruiting board looks even scarier), but beyond that, the needs are mostly filled. Landing best-available guys is the realistic situation going forward on top of some DT commits.
