An eight-hour long trial was held in Montgomery County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court. According to a report in the Washington Post, "one of the girls wept as she recounted how she and two friends met the players at a Tech women's basketball game Jan. 27 and, after sneaking out of a house during a slumber party, went in Vick's sport utility vehicle to the apartment Vick and Hill share." The newspaper also reported "another girl testified that she told the players she was 18, three years older than her actual age." [13] Although Vick had confessed to police that he had consensual sex with one of the girls that night,[14] during the hearing, the girl refused to answer questions from defense lawyers, invoking her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination.
Juvenile and Domestic Judge Robert C. Viar Jr. dismissed the sex charge against Vick. However, he was convicted of all three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $2,150

Ok we can agree on COACH FRANK BEAMER being one of the classiest coaches to ever walk a sideline. And never have you heard me say I wanted him gone. As for knowing players, I'll leave it at this , my hand and ribs still hurt from the handshakes and hugs at COACH FRANK BEAMER'S last home game from returning players from the last 29 years. I think we should retire COACH FRANK BEAMER every season so the Hokie Nation comes HOME. And once again there is nothing lower than a 7'4" deadbeat dad. There will be no bad-mouthing Mike Vick here. He's paid his debt of incarceration, financially, publicly acknowledged how terrible his actions were, showed humility, satisfied his court ordered community service with dozens of speeches to kids, established relationships with anti animal abuse agencies, freely given money to them of his own accord, started his own charities; And continues often to this day to speak for free to inner city youth about the perils of growing up in poverty and allowing bad judgement to direct your path. Mike Vick is a fine example of what a second chance can do for a young man when he seeks mentoring from outstanding individuals like Tony Dungy and Frank Beamer, and then humbles himself.
Marcus Vick has been gone from VT for over 10 yrs. Not one hokie fan I know has ever implied they were or are proud of his association. However, if you're going to discuss his mishaps as part of your banter, make sure you know what you're talking about. Further walking of the legal tightrope with regard to Marcus Vick will likely result in you being whiteboxed. If you're not familiar, that's when security shows up at your cubicle/office with a white box, packs all your stuff in it and escorts you off the property.

Am I the only male to see a 14 year old who looked to be 18. It might not be normal but it happens.
That, and 14 yr olds who don't look 18 but still have developed physical characteristics of an adult female.
All I can say is if it had my been my daughter when she was 14, he would have had more problems than the law could ever give him......
And the parents should be having legal problems also, " you reap what you sow " Not filing gold digging lawsuits.
