Hey guys, just got a piece of good info from a source that I wanted to share here. Coach Justin Fuente is still close with TCU coach Gary Patterson from his days there as an assistant coach there from 2007-11, the last three as co-offensive coordinator.
I'm told that Fuente has arranged for the Hokies' defensive staff to spend the next few days at TCU. The defensive coaches from both schools will be exchanging info and learning from each other to help both staffs out. This is very common in football circles, especially among staffs where there is a certain level of trust, which there definitely is here and in which they don't play each other.
