Actually not the internal hire I was expecting - and a coach who doesn't have a designated position is an interesting course to take with his one:

Still, the primary benefit of the tenth assistant is having another guy who can get on the road, and if your personnel guy can travel to visit high schoolers in-home and in-school, it's still a boost.
