VT to host fast rising OL

West Virginia offensive lineman Riley Locklear is one of the fastest rising prospects in America. He has added double digit offers over the past two weeks. While he does not have any leaders, he had very good things to say about Florida State, Tennessee, West Virginia and Penn State. Locklear is scheduled to visit Virginia Tech this weekend.
