Just came out a little while ago, but VT has offered 2018 Bichop O'Connell (Va.) QB DeJuan Ellis. He's actually slated to be in Atlanta Sunday for the Rivals Quarterback Challenge presented by Under Armour, so we'll get a first-hand look at him then.
