VT was a favorite here for a while... but I think he out-waited his opportunity, honestly. Hokies have two DEs committed, and even if one of them (Bailey) ends up inside or on the offensive line, the Hokies think they'll have a shot with top-rated guys after a strong year, and a guy like Barrow is a good-not-great prospect.
