They're starting to spread them around a bit. Of course, walk-on offers aren't necessarily a huge deal (most kids are going to accept basically any scholarship offer over a walk-on offer, and most walk-on offers are created essentially equal - you're not spending resources busting your hump to land walk-ons), but always interesting to see who and where the offers go.
