I know it seems harsh, but this is an indication that something is not right with the personnel management as well as the decision to focus on Texas recruiting with next to no results. It's simply not a high enough level of performance in the job somewhere (perhaps multiple somewheres) in the non-coaching staffer areas.
The staff will try to talk these guys into staying - and it wouldn't stun me if one of them could be convinced to stick around, in all honesty, but that's not gonna provide warm fuzzies either way.
