Can't imagine Bud taking a DC job elsewhere, when Frank is on his last leg as HC. Actually can't picture Bud taking a DC job anywhere under any circumstances. If he goes, he'll go for a HC job.

Bud turned down DC positions at Florida and at South Carolina, and I don't see why Auburn would be any different...unless he's just jumping from a sinking ship.

If I was Foster I'd be halfway to Auburn by now. He'll never be HC at Virginia Tech.

Maybe Bud has no aspirations to be a HC. I don't think he'd leave just to be a HC to be a HC.
