Obviously, his departure has been known for a while now, but this one very much hurts. That's not only because he's been a very good performer for the OL (as I've said previously, part of the reason he's leaving is because he felt he wasn't being given a fair shake when it came to playing time with Bryan Hudson - a very, very bad performer - forced onto the field by the coaching staff and putting Nester on the bench), but also because the Hokies and Mountaineers are scheduled to play in September.
