Jacksonville (Fla.) cornerback Quran Hafiz announced on Twitter Wednesday evening that he will announce his decision on July 1. He had originally planned on making a decision within the past few weeks but backed off, wanting more time. The Hokies are in the Top 3 along with Iowa State and South Florida. Hafiz visited Virginia Tech the weekend of June 10 and sources indicate he is due back on campus July 23.
