Guys, if you missed it, VT offered Camden Catholic (NJ) three-star athlete Tyree Rodgers this afternoon. Rodgers has been committed to Old Dominion in July, but Rutgers also offered, last weekend.
I haven't been able to get in touch with Rodgers yet, but for good reason. Our friend Adam Friedman just confirmed through Rodgers' trainer that Rodgers is on a plane right now to Roanoke. He's expected to get to Blacksburg in another hour or so. The plan is for him to visit VT through late Friday afternoon, then fly straight to Rutgers for an official visit there.
We'll know more about Rodgers in the next few days, but definitely good news for the Hokies.
