Just came across that news and, though I am not on the team beat and would not be able to handicap the positional battle I will say it sounds like great news for VT based on what I know of Josh (and I've known him since he stood about 4-foot-8). This is a coach's kid. His football IQ is really high, his gamer mentality is very acute and when we were evaluating him coming out of high school it was clear he was just starting to scratch the surface of his potential. Him earning the starting nod suggests to me those plus traits have matured. Very excited to see what he can do with the offense this year!
