Sounds good but I hope Coach hires from within somehow so the players don't have to learn a new system or that some don't jump ship. The players always like an assistant they know to step up and take the job.
He turned Memphis defense around and had some good defenses at Missouri. Not sure what defense he runs.
We won't have to pay him much since the guy is looking for a job. I'd still prefer we get the best DC money can buy to overcome the below average OC and the HC.
