Punt on first possession. How can a D1 team have such sorry offense. We rather punt than score. We may set a new NCAA record for punts in a game. Offense looks totally lost.

I've heard the coaching staff say that they'd rather have the game in the hands of his defense to win the game on the last drive. The only problem is that the D can't win the game if the O doesn't store.

Here's a stat for you: VT's D scored as many points against Wake as VT's O.
