This is a kid I mentioned back in May to keep an eye on, after I saw him at the DC stop of the Rivals Combine Series presented by Under Armour. Our Brittany Keup caught up with Grassfield (Va.) 2017 three-star OL Seth Harrell, who camped at VT last weekend.
