The Hokies' position of not knowing exactly how they want the DL class to play out (is Bailey a DT? If not are they full at DE?) has probably allowed Michigan State/Tennessee - or maybe Missouri - to bump past, but it's going to be close if a final decision from the coaching staff that there's room for him is made quickly.
