The latest w/ 2017 VT commit Smith

I caught up with 2017 VT commit Devante Smith the other day. Virginia Tech was Smith's first and only offer but that was enough for him to decide Blacksburg was the place for him. Smith admitted he might take some visits but I don't think VT needs to be worried right now.
