I sat down with 4-star LB Keith Simms yesterday. He told me Maryland and Oregon are his two leaders and he has set up official visits to each. Simms is also still very interested in Cal, Virginia Tech, Duke and North Carolina. He is hoping to make a decision some time near the end of his season or in November.
