Having a little fun never hurt recruiting.

Years ago, during the Charlie Coffey coaching period with Don Strock throwing the ball all over the place, Houston had a 260 lb FB that was their go-to guy in short yardage situations. After handing him the ball a few times and easily getting the 1st down, they would fake the handoff to him and give it to the 2nd option and that worked as well.

In a recent newspaper article, the author thinks VT has great depth at DT and Settle could redshirt.

I think he's too good to sit a year and play 4 more, so use him.
