We should have a good idea of who knows they want to leave (a guy in a Gibble-like situation could be an exception - though not Gibble himself obviously since he's already in the Portal - where he might not be confident about contributing immediately at his next school anyway, so sitting after the transfer isn't a big deal) after Spring ball.
