I would say the Hokies are comfortably in the top spot right now (though with a number of wide receivers still on the recruiting board, they're not upset that he plans to take his time right now, so they don't have to make the take/pass decision on him any time soon).

VT is one of the only schools in his final seven that he has neither visited nor set a visit to. Barring a surprise, I wouldn't anticipate the Hokies here.
He's only been in college three years, but I'm pretty sure he's grad-transfer eligible, not a sit-one, play-one guy. Continuing to do some digging there.
