North Carolina ended up losing to NC State last night? I turned it off when the Heels went up two scores with just a couple minutes to play. That's wild:

It's also worth noting that a rivalry win today - knock on wood - would see the Hokies finish third in the Coastal, and ahead of both primary rivals in the division with head-to-head wins (I'm giving UNC second-rival status for now). Obviously not the season of anyone's dreams, but a good platform for the next coach to build on.

NC State senior wide receiver Emeka Emezie caught two touchdown passes in the final 1:35 to pull out a win Friday.
