One of the skills Beamer and Foster possessed was player development, especially for the 3 star players. They got more out of the players than the players knew they had.
Fuentes was said to be a developer of QBs. But I haven’t seen that. I saw that 2 QBs with more skills left the program because the coaches made a decision to start #3. Knox certainly didn’t look comfortable throwing last night. And he is not a runner. So, VT get 3 points.
Player development, clock management and tackling fundamentals are lacking.
