I think a realistic class at this point would be David Duke, Landers Nolley, and Florent Thamba (plus Jarren McAllister, already in the fold). Not really going to light up the recruiting rankings, but a solid group.

He's still slated to be in Blacksburg for the North Carolina game, which could be the Hokies' chance to lock down a commitment. Michigan State and Oklahoma seem like the biggest threats here.
Newsworthy items:
• Sean Savoy is temporarily away (back with family in DC) from the team as he copes with the loss of his brother.
• Cam Phillips is day-to-day. Though Fuente didn't say it, sounds again like a near-guarantee he'll be back for the UNC game.
• The staff is going to work on improving some schematic things during the bye week. They're also going to focus on improving the younger players and giving the heavy-usage guys a bit of rest.
