Just got an update on my ESPN ticker....

... I wouldn't worry about it too much (he would have waited to commit if he wasn't sure he wanted to be a Hokie), but of course the Panthers' coaches are going to go into it with the intention of flipping him.

He's also going to see Penn State next weekend, but as we discussed prior to his commitment, Proctor is not a take for the Nittany Lions.

I'm not sure what position he will play but he committed to VT.
